Hello Everyone,

DCF recently provided a summary of all the child-welfare related legislation passed in the 2017-2018 legislative session. We've gone through and highlighted the legislation that is particularly relevant to your work (see attachment). Most notably Act 283 Child Neglect Criminal Penalties on page 4.
