What type of community resilience?  We have a child abuse task force.  We are working toward becoming a trauma informed county. Is that the type of resilience you are looking for?

I am not sure what exactly you are looking for. We have had a lot of questions about the Stanford/sexual assault case.  We are holding a couple free self-defense workshops in the parks in the next month, here in Jefferson County.  They are free and open to all community members.  It's our way to give back and help people feel protected.

As far as literature, I don't have a lot to reference.
